When booking for 30 days before the planned date of arrival you receive a discount of 5% for economy and second-class half deluxe suites, 10% — dor deluxe and first-class deluxe suites (with 100% prepaymant). When living more than 10 days — 1 hour of sauna free of charge (Exept winter holidays).

In every room there is an electric kettle, tea, instant coffee.
All rooms have a minibar: Cola, Sprite, chocolate, mineral water, house wine and cookies. Free of charge during winter holidays.
All room rates include breakfast for two persons.
For children under 5 years — free of charge plus breakfast.
For children from 5 to 14 years — from 50 to 100 UAH per day plus breakfast.
For persons staying for more than 10 days we offer a 5% discount, more than 15 days — a 10% discount. This discount is actual all year exept Christmas holydays (from December, 29 to January, 10).
The fee for an additional person plus breakfast is 150 UAH per night.
